Returns & Refunds

Each artwork is custom-made to order through a professional fine-art print studio. For this reason, all sales are final except in the rare case of damage or a printing defect.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged or with a printing flaw, I will arrange a free replacement.

    Please notify me within 5 days of delivery and include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damage or defect

    • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

    The print studio may request the return of the damaged item. If so, return shipping is fully covered.ion text goes here

  • Refunds for delays are only offered when the print studio determines an order to be significantly delayed.

    Please note:

    • Normal postal delays do not qualify

    • Customs processing delays do not qualify

    • “Significant delay” is determined solely by the print studio

    If a refund is approved, the print may need to be returned before the refund is processed.

  • Because each print is made specifically for your order, I do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
    All sales are final once your order is placed.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipment is available at the customer’s expense.
    Refunds cannot be issued in these situations.

  • Refunds are only approved in the rare case of a damaged print, a production defect, incorrect order fulfillment, or a significant delay confirmed by the print studio. All other sales are final.

    For the rare cases where a refund is approved, it will be issued within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected (if applicable).
